We called Peter at Perth tiling service for help after hiring a dodgy tiler from Gumtree. The tiler from gumtree did a terrible job at tiling our bathroom and we ended up firing him. The job was that bad that it had to be ripped up and started again. Peter was kind enough to fit us in even though they were busy and the Job was completed perfectly – what a difference hiring a professional tiling company makes! In addition to this our home was respected was left very clean after each visit. Again, very different to the first tiler from gumtree that left an absolute mess and stole some of our tools. We recently converted a laundry and adjoining toilet to a modern second bathroom, by knocking down the adjoining wall. We had heard that good tilers were hard to find and that there were many cowboy tilers around. Our initial experience was terrible, with so called tilers, who made such a botch up job of the floor preparation and so called shower membrane that for the first time in our lives we refused payment and dismissed them with a warning.
We then found Mr Peter Smietanski, PERTH TILING SERVICES North Perth on the internet. Peter the Director came out to quote. We found Peter listened to us without being rushed or disinterested in a small job. He gave us what has turned out to be honest, very well qualified and sound advice on what needed to be done in order to remove the mess we had been left with and how to make a great bathroom. Peter’s advice on the vital shower membrane, surface preparation, choice of tile dimension and the floor drainage fittings has produced an excellent visual and practical result.
We found Peters workmen to be very friendly competent tilers and workers who could be left alone by employer and customer, also worked at a good steady pace all day. They cleaned up every day and when the job was complete cleaned to a very high inspection quality. Peter also made a point of coming back to our front garden and personally taking away all remaining rubbish from the job.
The price on the job was reasonable and quite acceptable for the work involved and the job produced.We highly recommend Peter Smietanskis’ Company and all his workmen for a very competent job at an appropriate price. Highly recommended.

We have been so impressed with the services provided by Peter that we wanted to share our experience. We had recently renovated our home in Mount Lawley and the tiling was completed in imported marble. The tiling included all the wet areas, floors and to the ceilings which exceeded 3 meters in height. The job was executed precisely as we explained and surpassed our highest expectations.
The natural stone made the job a challenge yet Peter was never phased by this and his positivity towards it made the whole experience stress free. The workmanship was of the highest level and when trades have come in to install frameless shower screens , they too were impressed by the accuracy of the levels within the areas.
